Mr. Nsizwazonke Yende is a lecturer who currently holds a Master’s Degree in Development Student and on the verge of submitting his Ph.D. in Community Development. He has more than four years of experience in facilitating blended learning, scientific research, mentorship, and academic writing. He has published two academic articles in accredited journals. Furthermore, he has experience in facilitating both virtual and face-to-face workshops. Through his years of facilitating, He has developed skills to create a conducive environment for active learning, foster constructive participation, and empower people to come up with ideas, thoughts, and perspectives that add value in the discussion. He has 4 years experience using Moodle for Teaching & Learning.
